The K2 Trima is a fully automatic continuous divider with unique features to obtain a handmade quality dough. Dough is easily fed into the K2's hopper which holds up to 15 kgs of dough pieces. The dough is drawn in without undue pressure and without causing creases. The dough pieces are cut and rounded in the same chamber, the measuring system makes a smooth working procedure possible, thus reducing damage to the dough.
