It's made of certified stainless steel AISI 304. All the parts in contact with the food, including the diaphragm cutting unit, are easily removable for a successful washing, also in the dishwasher. The machine is supported by 4 self-levelling feet and adapted to be positioned on a work table or on the “optional” table with wheels. The machine is complete with variable speed dough extrusion device, variable speed filling injector device, variable speed temporized diaphragm cutting device.
